"Everything was wonderful about this place and its employees up until my window was broken out of my car in their parking lot. They refunded my room which was amazing of them but doesn't replace my $300 window or my saftey. Be careful in that park area folks"

"Person who checked us in was positive and helpful other staff were not. Couldnt figure out the coffee pot and no one would help us figure it out. We had fire alarm and i had to walk down 11 flights of stairs nearly killed me."

"Loved the unique rooms. We were offered a room upgrade on the spot which made me feel VIP. The robes in the room were so soft and the bed sheets were luxurious. Would definitely book here again. "

"Wonderful location. Staff was amazing. Close to Portland City Grill which I highly recommend as a high end restaurant. Downtown Portland is a little spotty with shopping but there’s a mall and high end shops nearby. I’ve priced this pace during the summer and it was out of my budget but in late March, it was less than $300 a night which was a great value for what you get. "
