"Our stay started out poorly. We were instructed to meet a representative at a Starbucks to receive a key to our unit. After45 min.and several text messages we were asked to go to the"hotel"and wait for the rep. Again we waited 45 minutes with text messages until the security guard escorted us to the elevator to go to our unit. Unit was unlocked with keys on the table. Could have saved allot of frustration and time if we could of just gone to the site originally. Only two hand towels and...
