"The staff were quick to help and kind at every turn. The property has so much history. Loved exploring the historical staircase and learning about all the fascinating people who have stayed here. Room service was quick and the food was cooked well. Breakfast in the Palm Court was quick and delicious!"

"It is the first time there was no house keeping everyday. Also i would like to have clean towels everyday which was not happening. No proper instant coffee. It should have an adaptor for foreign customers. Anyway it was close to everything. That was the main thing. And not very far to walk to the restaurant or find our morning coffee from starbucks. "

"Our stay started out poorly. We were instructed to meet a representative at a Starbucks to receive a key to our unit. After45 min.and several text messages we were asked to go to the"hotel"and wait for the rep. Again we waited 45 minutes with text messages until the security guard escorted us to the elevator to go to our unit. Unit was unlocked with keys on the table. Could have saved allot of frustration and time if we could of just gone to the site originally. Only two hand towels and...
