"during my stay the hotel burnt down. was still charged the ENTIRE RATE after I was told I would be refunded it, minus the first night. Literally something out of a movie. "

"It's a nice Best Western. The 24hr pool became a problem the second night when parents let their kids run up and down the halls & slamming doors at 3:00AM! when they were going back and forth from the pool. NOT the staffs fault....just poor parenting. Provided breakfast was the best I've seen at a $100/night hotel. Nice job."

Breakfast was also the best I have ever had - custom made omelette and a very friendly staff. I will stay here every time I drive thru Idaho."
