"The staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff wasn’t too friendly. I paid for breakfast. It was limited food two of the days it wasn’t even meat served two of the days. It wasn’t no white milk for the cereal. They could be much cleaner in the bedrooms. It needs upgrade. the ceiling in the dining room was leaking where you sit and eat. "

"We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel shuttle makes getting around the local area, including to and from the airport, very easy. The hotel is clean, comfortable, well-appointed, safe and quiet. We attended a concert at The Knitting Factory and it was an easy walk. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We love the Riverside due to its convenience and walkability to the Green Belt walkway, restaurants, and downtown Boise. The heated salt water outdoor pool is also our favorite. "
