"This property worked really well for us a family of 6 adults and 2 young children plus a dog. The utility room was very handy for the dog. There is plenty of space and a large garden. The house was pretty clean with a few exceptions like the skirting boards and front door area. The house is well equipped although the coffee maker is missing a few items. Overall we would recommended the property for a relaxed family stay."

The location was amazing and the views from the house and hot tub were spectacular. "My 18 yr old son, 7 yr old dog & I went for 2 nights to celebrate my 60th birthday. The barn is very comfortable & cosy. Instructions to get there was spot on. It was very clean except for a couple of cobwebs with spiders in the corner of the main bedroom & lounge but this didn't bother me. Throws & towels provided for dogs, loved sitting outside with a cuppa in the mornings watching the sun come up. This accommodation was ideal for going out walking in the day & chilling in the evenings. "

"This tiny house is a very nice place to stay (please note: It’s in the back row!) and it’s very close to the beach! We were 8 people - 5 adults, 3 children all under 6 - and had enough space. However I think there is no chance to have 8 adults sitting at the table! The general cleanliness was good - but I think the housekeeper should work more conscientiously. There was dust bunnies under the beds that appeared when you walked close by. All in all it was worth the money!"

"Lovely location, very spacious property with amazing spaces. Kitchen spacious and well equipped. Beds comfortable. bathrooms good. Great bonus as it wasn’t exactly “flaming June” was the snooker table, especially for the youngsters , there were many challenging matches! Outside facilities were great but because of the weather not uses apart from table tennis and basketball net. Plenty to see and do only a short drive away."

"The Stables is such a lovely place to stay. It's got lovely views over the countryside and it's so peaceful. The hot tub was great, there's a log burner (which we didn't need), it's very clean and you can tell the Stables has been converted to a high standard. The kitchen is well equipped, the wifi was excellent and its location is ideal for exploring Monmouthshire or the Forest of Dean. Highly recommend the Stables for any couple."

"Beautifully clean and warm house. Easy to check in, owner came to check if we needed parking permit. Well equipt kitchen with everything you could need. Lovely comfy beds and plentru of bathrooms."

"Very convenient location for easy travel. Property well described but it is tucked in beside a disused club house. Car parking a bit hit and miss but wasn't a problem. Inside was clean but this was a bit tarnished by a very smelly cigarette bin right beside the front door and the smell permeated the whole house. Beds were good, facilities were good."
