Lovely room (we were in a twin) staff were few and far between but lovely when you did find one. Rooms needed a little bit of TLC but clean and all bedding and towels fresh maybe just a touch up of paint and a bit of a re seal in the bathroom. Rooms were so spacious and had everything you needed including very reasonable rooms service. Would definitely stay again as it was in a fantastic location!

Everything needs an update. Room was absolutely sweltering and the windows opened about an inch, fan included in room but tbh needs air con on the higher floors at least. Really dislike a shower curtain in the room for cleanliness reasons and shower was fairly weak and took ages to warm up. Wouldn’t recommend in particular
