"This is our second time at Hotel Contessa. We love this hotel and its amenities. This trip the hot tub was down and water level was below the jets. It was disappointing as that was one of the reasons we chose Hotel Contessa was the rooftop hot tub, but everything else was great. We will be back."

"Such a perfect location. We had a river view room, which we thoroughly enjoyed. My husband and son enjoyed the heated pool even though it was 60 degrees outside. We walked right on to the Riverwalk from our hotel, and the boat tours were literally right across the bridge. The Iron Cactus restaurant across the bridge is delicious. If we came to San Antonio again, we would stay at the Omni!"

"Had a great time. The only problem was a few stains found on the couch throw pillows. No big deal, we just set them aside and moved on. Staff was great! Room was impressive and well decorated. Water pressure leaves something to be desired, however… overall, a good spot. I would definitely stay again and recommend others to stay here as well! "
