"Elevator in the building I was staying in was out of service. I was on the first floor so it didn't affect me but I feel bad for anyone that had to carry luggage up three or four flights of stairs. No ice machine in the building I was staying at. had to walk to the adjacent building for ice. Ice machine on 1st floor did not work. Had to go to the 4th floor for ice. Thankfully the building with the ice machine did have a functioning elevator."

"The hotel in itself was very good we stayed here because it had a heated indoor pool and my daughter loves to swim however on the second night there was some kind of birthday party and many many children in the pool.
