"We loved the condo and everything about it. The trip was wonderful. One negative aspect was the check-in. They weren't ready with the room and we had to wait for a couple of hours before we could check in."

"Nice newer 2 BR, 3BA townhome. Convenient location. Can walk to many shops and restaurants. Approximately 10 minutes to Park City ski area and Main Street. Has a good quality hot tub on their rooftop deck with some views. One car garage and one car driveway. Laundry room. Decent sized kitchen to comfortably cook in. Comfortable living room with smart TV and FP. We would enjoy staying again. "

"Garage door closing issue on arrival (was repaired timely). Patio door lock issue, at one point we couldn't use the door to get in the patio and grill. No central HVAC so areas like bathrooms remain very cold. Master bath shower drain is either very clogged or too small to handle the flow so the shower floor fills with water. Master bath has a "floating" toilet with a piece of wood block on the floor to give it support. It was very precarious. Lastly, the master bed. It's basically on the floor....

"We really enjoyed our stay at this Newpark condo and would stay there again. Beautiful view of the beaver pond and Swaner Preserve. The condo was very quiet, wifi was good, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. Loved the convenience of walking to restaurants and shops. And having a garage was great, although it might be a bit narrow for a full size suv due to some shelves on one wall (no problems with our compact suv). "
