"Loved the app and process for checking-in and out. The property itself could use some TLC, there were lots of scuff marks and scratches in the walls due to prior tenants. Our unit could have used a painting. There also wasn't a space to get extra toiletries per the app, would take this out if it's not really an option. "

"The suite was amazing - the decor was beautiful and it was well equipped with everything I needed for a longer stay. The coffee machine and local freshly ground coffee was a nice touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable too. There were a few tiny issues with the room - the water pressure in the shower was really poor making hair washing feel like a chore and there were no tea spoons which made stirring coffee or eating a yogurt kind of comical. "We loved the location in River North with shops around plenty of nice restaurants. Walkable and good buses around. Apartment was very nice, we were 5 adults. A bit noisy because of bar nearby ( it depends of your tolerance to noise. Some of us were disturbed some heard nothing). We enjoyed our stay !"

"Great apartment, we were given an extra bedroom which we used as a wardrobe. Well equipped, modern and well decorated. Full cooker, fridge freezer, microwave. We were provided with tablets for laundry and dishwasher. Washing up.liquids, towels and toilet roll. Great shower. Loved the location. We enjoy cities and walking. Trains a very short walks (several L stations). Target was a 15 minute walk, great independent coffee shop 2 mins from entrance. We will use Sonder again. "

"This property is absolutely wonderful! From the moment you walk in the door and see the floor to ceiling windows in ALL rooms you will feel relaxed and comfortable. This spotless 3 bath/2 bed condo was perfect for our family of 3. We had plenty of room to spread out with privacy for all.
