We booked 2 king rooms, but when we checked in there were no king rooms available unless we took stairs. Drinks very expensive at the hotel bar. Could not sit with family in the restaurant unless we paid to eat.

All the check-in front staff were cranky. Nothing was mentioned about my room type I booked changing, had an issue with our mini fridge and they couldn’t even apologize for the issue that was caused. This area could have been a lot better. All other staff on the hotel were great. Friendly and courteous.
