"Our stay at the Koi resort was amazing, the property was very well kept, the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our time. They went above and beyond to help us celebrate a birthday especially Cherilyn Harvey who helped to decorate our room for a surprise birthday decor. The food was we ordered was delicious and service was fast and efficient. I would highly recommend everyone to stay here!!!!"

"Then places beautiful. I just wish it didn’t cost that much and every little thing you buy you get to pay 2 taxes. Overall the place is excellent."

"Great property, 4 star quality. Grounds are beautiful, food is great! But it’s expensive, the rooms with pool are great, but the pools are not heated, so if you coming in lower temp dates, 80-85 pools are cool, including the personal and common pools. "

"Really lovely hosts, quiet spot really close to the airport. Only downside is you need to take a taxi to go to the beach, but if it's a short trip, it's perfect. "

"Property was ideal for our stay on this beautiful island. Host couldn’t have been more responsive and gave us solid information for places to eat shop and spend time as well as answering numerous questions. Will look for this property again when we return."

"Owner played games with us. Did not give us notice that property was unavailable until we contacted them about checking in. Tried to put us in another property in an area we did not want to stay in. Only after we complained did the property miraculously became available again. Would not refund our money and then property Manager only gave a small window to meet us at the property. Do not rent from this owner as you will be taken as we were. In the end we had to rent another property."
