"Don's home is a great house in a super location. We met Don and he is so nice. It is an older home with older kitchen cabinets, furniture, etc. Mattresses were comfortable. AC was incredible. Sofas were newer and comfy but needed some cleaning attention. Bathrooms need to be updated. Towel bars, soap dishes and toothbrush holders were loose and in need of repair. The biggest suggestion I have, and I spoke personally to Don about this - is to declutter and get rid of personal items in the home....

"Really nice property. Tons of dishes and cooking equipment. Lovely patio looks at water. We had an age range from 8 to 80. There's a spiral staircase so it wouldn't be good for anyone with limited mobility.."

"This property is in a wonderful location - right on the canals and super easy access to beach. Win-Le (the property management co. does a great job with everything (communication, etc). A short walk to the end of the street and it's an easy cross to the ocean side, with safe crosswalk and traffic control. After you cross the street, a short block to the beach.
