"This is your basic ski lodge. The rooms are nothing fancy, but they are clean. The hot water worked, the heater worked I was wondering if I had made a bad choice after seeing some of the reviews. I did not. it’s a short walk to the slope. Free buses are 200 feet away. Restaurants surround this property. I just booked another trip there. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"The hotel conditions are very nice, the ski equipment service is very well organized and very convenient. The transportation help provided by the hotel to nearby places is exceptional. Concierge was not very helpful in 3 occassions we needed some help though and dining service at the lounge of the hotel was not the best either. But overall , the rest of the experience was so good that I'd come back here."

"Spacious room. Functionality and decor are perfect. Kyle and Courtney are great as far as staff goes. On to the bad: Maintenance staff roams from room to room without consent when we requested an a/c shut off due to cold temperatures outoors, housekeeping shows up unannounced and you can hear loud plumbing through the ceiling and there is no on/off button to control the a/c and heat temperature, which is odd. You will need to call Maintenance Staff."
