"Surprisingly ok. Based on the star rating, I would never normally stay somewhere like this, but I read it had a new owner who was investing to modernize the facility. There is still a way to go, but if you're careful to pick a renovated room, you may be surprised. The best part is the proximity to the LVCC. It's literally a 5 minute walk to the Loop Riviera station where you can be anywhere in LVCC in < 4 minutes The check-in was fully automated and quick. As was check-out. The only complaint is it seems to have to phone each day to get them to clean your room. If you don't call, they mysteriously seem to miss your room. Maybe I was just unlucky and they came the exact time I was in the room each day! Overall, for 1/5 of the price of either hotel next door, you can't complain. "

I explained what had happened. Brian assisted me right away and provided an upgrade. After that, I was able to enjoy my weekend in Vegas."

"Staff is nice and attentive, room is comfortable, clean and very well maintained, plenty of parking spaces and very accessible, felt very safe saw security monitoring surroundings and parking garage, convenient location to Walgreen, McDonald and 7-11 on adjacent street, overall it has been a very pleasant stay from our 6-day trip in Las Vegas."
