"This was our second time here. We felt so rested the room was so comfortable,. Everything was above expectation and didn't disappoint, I love the bed, slept like babies. My husband and I are tall people and we felt like ants in that bed. "Very helpful on reception. Some breakfast service was better than others. Maybe wearing headphones hinders hearing the customers' requests. Ckeaning staff on Sunday was excellent, other days not so. I still think there is a tiwel under the bed that must have been there before we arrived. Ionly saw it when I checking before we left. I would certainly vidit this hotel again. The swimming pool is bejue and quirky but very needed after a busy day at the Christmas markets."
