The properties were very well taken care of and the staff were all friendly. Some of the service seemed very slow but nothing that would persuade me to not book the property again in the future. "I recently stayed with other friends and we had the altitude swim out suites, the best stay ever. Best experience as we walked in greeted by staff and taken to our concierge José from Expedia. Magnificent experience all around the. He put us in contact with Gabriel on his day off excellent service from both. Food was great all around with no wait times. Staff was very respectful and hardworking. Angelica was great along with Mariela at the altitude hut, Hugo and Saul At the Sky bar kept us warm and cozy, they offered us blankets and comfort! Rodrigo a very hard worker at the pool area kept us hydrated! Very good experience all around and very accommodating even for a requested late checkout. We will definitely be coming back, even though we did not buy into the Belaire property, Elsa was very polite and not pushy like her boss."
