"Just got back from a week at the Hard Rock. I’m not typically an all inclusive traveller but our experience there was incredible. Best part of the trip was all of the incredible staff. Special shout outs to Gustavo in concierge and Dustin and Salvador who took great care of us everyday. Everytime we needed anything they were on it. Added bonus was the whale watching from our patio every morning and evening! "

"Lovely place. My only complaint was that a friend booked at RIU Baja California and I was not able to enjoy the quieter atmosphere with her, because Santa Fe was overloaded with college spring breakers. I would have gladly paid extra to be able to dine with her and sit by her pool. Next time, I will be sure to book at the Palace or at Baja CA. The walk-up line for drinks was a nice perk at the bars. Thank you for that."

"I would give it more stars if I could. This was our third time going, and we're already planning our fourth. It's SO relaxing, and beautiful. The staff is amazing. The property is stunning. We were upgraded to a Casita and loved it, even if it didn't have an ocean view. It was huge and very private. The food is the best. The drinks are wonderful. The gym is big and well appointed. I can't recommend this enough."
