"One night stay for family of 3 before early flight out of narita airport . Convenient shuttle pick up and drop off . Buffet dinner was good , lots of variety , not super great but decent .we also had dinner 30 min before closing so I’m not the best to comment on it but I did get full and their hot tea selection was amazing with quality tea ! I had like 4 cups . The onsen was lovely at 700 yen per person. NO TATTOO allowed in onsen they have a huge sign . There is a Japanese style shower and tub inside the room . Spacious room but no water available . There is an ice machine you can melt ice for tea/coffee or go down to the lobby that’s connected to 24/7 Lawson ! It’s about 20-30 min into Town and 20 min to the airport . Free commute makes it easy to visit the town and return . Free commute to airport as well with plenty of departing times. Would stay again . Narita airport wasn’t as congested as other airports but still arrive 3 hours before your flight ! Korean airline was very comfortable to return from Japan to LAX . "

"Delivers exactly what it says -- the hotel lobby is right next to the Departures gate at Haneda. I had a morning flight the next day and didn't want to haul my luggage across Tokyo during the rush hour, and this place suited me perfectly. Nice room and bathroom with a great view over the airport, all very clean and modern. The terminal has a reasonable choice of bog-standard Japanese restaurants for dinner. Good breakfast and good value all round"

"The hotel was amazing. Very clean and Beautiful. Rooms are Small compared to Hotel rooms back home, but we don't stay in the room much so its really not a big deal. Staff was very nice and friendly and understand basic English which was nice because my Japanese is terrible. Area is a little rough especially at night, but that's not the Hotels fault. Would stay there again. "
