"The front desk staff at check-in was very unfriendly. One of them staff memebrs warmed up towards the end of our check-in. One remained curt and rude to other guests throughout the check-in. The bar tender for the complimentary bar was also fairly short and and rude both evenings. The first night he was a bit friendlier after the initial interaction but we were taken aback by the unkind staff. The staff in the mornings were very friendly and welcoming. The property was very clean and modern....
