"Walked into a 45 degree room that took four hours to heat up, window sills and walls by shower are filthy, sign in elevator says no continental breakfast on fri/sat/sun but they had one, no garbage can in breakfast area, broken outlet cover in breakfast area, bottom safety handle in shower not attached, bathroom fan quit working, not enough signage in the bldg to find the lobby We stayed here one year ago and had none of these problems, they are letting it go downhill"

I can’t recommend the Glass House enough! Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway or a place to host a special gathering, this property exceeds expectations. "The room was amazing, my friends and I were more the comfortable in the room the only issue I had was that I was a tad to chunky to use the spiral stairs that led to the second floor of the room properly, but still 5/5 stars for sure."
