"Great location, clean and polite housekeeping. Breakfast hopefully could cater more to plant-based guests. One negative point is when the Interlude Lounge staff pretty much LIED and said that the viewing is ‘close for the season’ but when I asked front desk they said it is open. Maybe they wanted guests to purchase drinks. We weren’t decided whether to drink or not he could have been more honest in his response. We never went."

"I come to New York quite often and this was my first time staying at the Milennium Broadway Times Square but it will definitely not be the last! The Staff were super friendly and the location cannot be beat. Literally half a block from being right in the middle of Times Square, and super close to catching a Subway to areas further away. The ONLY problem were the elevators were acting up a bit but it’s nothing to change my mind over! Milennium you’re my “go to” Hotel from now on! Best Regards from Texas!! D. “Pops” Watson"

"The best part of this property was the cleanliness and the feeling of safety once inside. At night the street was almost too quiet and dark. We felt a bit uneasy walking towards the hotel at first but found a different route that felt safer and well lit. Best parts of the hotel was the big windows in the room with a great view from the upper floor we were on and the beautiful scent that filled the air as soon as you opened the front doors. I would definitely recommend the hotel and stay here again. "
