"The staff was the best part of this property. We weren't prepared for how small the actual rooms were. No bathroom/ shower privacy you basically step out of the shower into the open room so was not ideal for my teen daughter to stay in the same room as her grandparents. We ended up getting an extra room just so everyone had their own space. The hotel being in times square is close to walk to so many tourist places but a literal nightmare to drive to when arriving around check in time. "
