"I WOULD AND WILL STAY HERE AGAIN! Staff was great and friendly. Room was clean and the bed was comy. The staff really tried to stay on top of the bathrooms which were down the hall. Neighbored is poor and working class, but I never felt threatened or uncomfortable. I was able to get every where I wanted to go for $5.00 US or less. "This place is so dirty. A cockroaches is wondering on my room,, toilet is not cleaned. Ceilings has cobweeb. Air-conditioned not working properly. Wont ever back to this place again. Customer service is so unprofessional"

"The hotel and staff were great, the gym was amazing, and the surrounding area by Ayala and IT park made it a great location. My wife and I stayed here for 26 days during our trip and it felt like home. We are planning another trip to Cebu and Manila and I plan on staying here again for another 30 days."

"I enjoyed my stay here and the staff are amazing. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and air conditioning is working properly. You get free 2 bottles of water everyday. Prices for food and drinks are almost American prices but you can always stock-up on drinks. You can buy the drinks outside and bring it to the room. You have refrigerator in the room. The food is decent some are very good and some are ok. The restaurant staff especially to Hiroshi, Rachel and Efren made my stay extra special. I would go back there again because of their great service. The grounds are immaculate and infinity pool is so pretty pair it with a beautiful sunset at night. They offer free shuttles to go to Nustar and Ayala/Robinsons. The beach area is a nice place to lay down but I don’t trust the seawater on that side. I saw some fish in there but I never swim. The location is far from Cebu and the traffic can get really bad in the bridge, Mandaue and the main island. So, you have to time on when you want to go somewhere. You can also pay for a day use or eat at nearby hotels if you get bored here. I highly recommend this place and I will go back here next year with my family. "
