"This cute and perfectly located hotel offers all the touches that make it unique and comfortable. We used their bikes and rode around the town, down to the street fair and back. Coffee and tea in the morning was also available and perfect touch. Unfortunately,, we left a black bag in the checkin area before we started our long drive home. This hotel went above and beyond notifying us and shipping the bag back home. The staff were incredible and I can’t thank them enough. Thank you for making our short stay more enjoyable and proving hotels do care for their guests. "

"Our room faced the interior courtyard with the pool and garden, and the sliding door that opened into the garden was a nice feature. We also liked that our room had a second sink outside of the bathroom. The location is convenient for visiting UCSB, and there were options for eating nearby. The only thing we didn't like was that there was noise transfer from the room next door through the shared door (which was closed and locked on both sides since we weren't traveling with the folks on the other side of the wall)."
