"The hotel room was clean and spacious, which was nice—but the real highlight was the wonderful staff. The front desk staff (whose name I, unfortunately, didn’t catch) was incredibly kind. My daughter had her monthly thing come unexpectedly early, and we didn’t have anything on hand. Hoping the hotel might sell what we needed, I went down to the front desk. She could have just directed me to the Target a block away (which she did), but before that, without hesitation, she gave us one of her own to use right away. This might not seem like a big deal—especially to you gentlemen—but it truly helped us in that moment. Thank you so much! We’ll definitely be staying here again for my daughter’s school event!"

"This cute and perfectly located hotel offers all the touches that make it unique and comfortable. We used their bikes and rode around the town, down to the street fair and back. Coffee and tea in the morning was also available and perfect touch. Unfortunately,, we left a black bag in the checkin area before we started our long drive home. This hotel went above and beyond notifying us and shipping the bag back home. The staff were incredible and I can’t thank them enough. Thank you for making our short stay more enjoyable and proving hotels do care for their guests. "

"Ramada was very helpful when I needed a taxi from the Santa Barbara Airbus. The continental breakfast was helpful for a quick bite in the morning. They even let me for a reasonable fee have a late check out. Nice perks. "
