Great Stay, but Difficult to Talk to a Real Person
"I was perfect. Staff and employees were exemplary. The reason I gave a low rating for service is that it was impossible to contact the front desk after I returned home to request a receipt. AI or phone tree hell. I gave up. I recommend always provide an easy way to speak to a real person."
