"The staff was very very friendly and kind. I was on the phone when I walked in my, guest was already there sitting in the lobby and so I was doing three things at once and she just kept smiling and was very accommodating when I was not giving her my attention. I didn't even get done with my check-in when all this was going on and she just patiently waited for me to wrap up my phone call and my guest talking my ear off. 😄"

"We chose the Westin Time Square next of its proximity to the subway lines and the brand name. Westin’s are synonymous with relaxation, quietness, and comfort. The only complaint we have is that we had construction work being done in the room above us. Drilling, hammering etc from 8-5 which was difficult when we were trying to take a nap to prepare for the evening activities."

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I had a room with a balcony which was nice even though it was winter. The only problem was that my key card kept malfunctioning. It was only good for one use and then I’d have to go to the front desk for a new one. I didn’t put it near anything magnetic so I’m not sure why that kept happening. Either way, the room was clean and comfortable, the hotel is near the subway and a few deli's and was a great stay for the price. "

"I loved the bellman staff! Some of the elevators were not working but luckily there were two additional elevators (somewhat hidden) at the sides of the building that were reliable to use. Some of the front desk people were interesting to talk with, though I am known to be weird west coaster in my style of communication so no hard feelings there. The hotel phone lines were disconnected on the one day I tried making a call. Those two criticisms should not dissuade anyone from staying here!...

"Good front desk staff, friendly and helpful. Room was fine for the price. Clean. A bit Cramped around the bed, and drafty. Couldn't get the room above 74 for some reason. A bit of street noise, but just trucks and loading not ne-erdowells. Great location, Times square, subway. Yeah, pretty good value."

"The hotel's unique art deco design, was very welcoming and comfortable. Close to all ammenties, Times Square and all the theaters for our 3 Broadway shows. Staff was friendly and didn’t mind at all when asked to show my room card before gettimg on the elevator. "
