"Great location, less than a mile from the airport and walkable to the downtown part of San Pedro. The property is a little dated, but almost everything was in good repair. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The one big complaint was the mattress in our bedroom was very lumpy and should have been replaced long ago. My partner and I did not sleep well any of the three nights we were in that unit."

The reason we keep returning is the convenience of walking down the beach to the dive shop, having a full size kitchen and individual bedrooms for everyone. There are no amenities to speak of. No restaurant, no bar, no spa, the beach chairs have seen better days but so has the beach. The sea grass is nothing Grand Colony can help but it does make the ocean unswimable. "The apartment was amazing, had everything we needed. Towards the end of our stay we were getting the bands from a hurricane which cause some leaking in our roof, they immediately moved us and upgraded us. We will be back. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is friendly, the rooms are great. Highly recommend"

"This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Since the 1st time the new owners have added the Nauti Crab Bar. We enjoyed the activities and music at the bar. The food was also very good. The staff was very accommodating to our needs. We liked having the full kitchen to be able make some of our own meals. We would definitely stay here again."
