"We stayed in a basic room, although they have larger rooms, ours worked out perfectly. The bathroom with toilet and sink was small and the shower was inside the room (separated by a shower curtain). That was a first for us, it was pretty funny to have that but the room totally worked for us. It was clean, maintained and room service every day. "When we arrived at the hotel, the whole site smelled of sewage. The restaurant area, the grounds, the pool area. When we asked why they said the pipes had broke. But when we tried to get our monies back and leave there was no manager at the hotel. The desk person said the manager lives in Mexico. When even Expedia tried to get in touch with the hotel to get a refund for us they coudln't get an answer. "

The reason we keep returning is the convenience of walking down the beach to the dive shop, having a full size kitchen and individual bedrooms for everyone. There are no amenities to speak of.
