"The house was perfect for our family trip. The house was uniquely and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The backyard was absolutely fantastic! The whole space felt very private and peaceful, and it definitely made our vacation even more enjoyable. The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful. Location made it easy to access Montery and surrounding areas. Close to bike trails as well. We highly recommend this property."

My only con was that the listing is strict about climbing over the rocks to get to the beach by any guests as well as not going onto either neighbors patio ( of which we complied). However, both neighbors used our patio to climb over the rocks to the beach…. So maybe a little less pressure on renters about it. "

"Pretty little postcard yard and the space was comfortable enough for the two kids and 3 adults in my group. Everything worked well and nice large refrigerator in the kitchen. Single bathroom was a bit of a challenge for us because we all live in multiple bathroom spaces, but plenty of hot water for bathing and dishes. "
