"Beautiful place with a great view, many things to do in and around the area. We had a great time and will definitely stay again. Couple of things, we noticed that the unit smelled of marijuana when we first stepped into the unit. We noticed someone next door smoking it and with the doors open the smell really came into our unit. Also, the smoke detector in one of the bedrooms kept beeping so we had to take the battery out so we could sleep. But, all in all we had a great stay and will be...

"Beautiful property and great management. Stayed here as an in between to Santa Cruz and Monterey. The property is impeccable and offered all the amenities for a comfortable stay. We had a minor billing issue early on that was quickly resolved without issue. The pools were all heated, complimentary golf cart to and from the beach, and close proximity to many beautiful coastal attractions. Planning to return for a summer trip!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The two bedrooms and two of the bathrooms are on the second floor with the master having a balcony that faces west. The other balcony is off the living room and also faces west. The condo was very clean; I was able to walk barefoot in the condo. A short walk to a pathway near the resort’s hotel takes you to the beach. The host was very pleasant and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again. "

"It’s pretty roomy. Very cozy for a family gathering. It’s a surprise to find out that the downstairs unit is a completely separate unit from the upstairs one. We have to re-assign the rooms. It works out fine at the end. We enjoy the three nights stay!"

"The house was PERFECTLY clean, beautifully decorated and there were thoughtful touches everywhere. The view was exceptional and the neighborhood was very quiet (aside from house renovations a couple of houses down). We had everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal as the kitchen was WELL equipped. We had issues only with one of the tvs not working. "The condo is just as pictured, a perfect ground floor unit with direct access to grass and a path to the beach. I received all the information from Jane prior to the visit and everything was very easy. The beds are quite comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen are modern. Only note is the HOA approved electric BBQ did not create enough heat, and should be cleaned between guests."
