"The hotel itself is lovely. It is in a very walkable area of Santa Clara. Four things that can be Improved upon. 1) ensure all rooms are in working order. The coffee pot was broken in that. It spilled water all over the counter and floor, but did not make coffee. The shower was a little backed up, which meant you were standing in a puddle of water while showering. The bathtub stopper was broken. If you wanted to take a bath, you could not. 2) Train the front desk personnel a bit more. The front...

"I actually thought this room was very accommodating and the room was nice,.clean, and up to date. It was quiet and secure. Even though staff wasn't all that friendly, they monitored who came in and out of the parking lot. Overall I would probably stay again, especially for the affordable price."
