"We booked this for my mother in law. I was nervous at first because, it looked like some the guest lived there. During the check in I left the gentleman know that I booked this for my mother in law and she would be staying there alone. He said oh I understand let me move her down to the first floor next to the front desk. That made me and husband at ease. She said it was overall quiet and the room was really nice and she felt safe.
