The host, Anastasia, is awesome - she found a bracelet my daughter left, tracked me down (Anastasia reached out a second time after I missed the first email) and mailed it to us. "The hotel itself is lovely. It is in a very walkable area of Santa Clara. Four things that can be Improved upon. 1) ensure all rooms are in working order. The coffee pot was broken in that. It spilled water all over the counter and floor, but did not make coffee. The shower was a little backed up, which meant you were standing in a puddle of water while showering.
