Sunny, South facing patio. Sit and enjoy the court side patio, grilling your dinner after a fun and relaxing day at the beach, lounge on the patio sectional couch! The patio is just yours to enjoy. NEW Air conditioning in bedrooms! Everything you need for a beach vacation-- bikes (very used), beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas. NEW Smart TV in the family room, strem your own Netflix, Amazon prime video, or stream to the TV right from your phone without logging in. Direct TV included. Master bedroom with a king bed and flat screen TV, 2nd bedroom with 2 twins (and a queen air mattress for guest 5/6 if needed) . Internet, 2 flat screen TV's, washer and dryer. Located one court South of the roller coaster (Ensenada Court), beachside. One parking spot in our carport.
PLEASE TREAT THIS HOUSE AND BELONGINGS AS YOU WOULD TREAT YOUR OWN HOUSE. WE WANT IT TO BE NICE FOR YOU AND FUTURE GUESTS :).

The sunny outside cottage is a great place To stay in San Diego. Easy access to all the attractions and if you want to be close to the beach, this is the place. Beautiful walks on the beach morning and evening! The host, Susan was accessible and very helpful.

Perfect Location
This rental is in the most ideal location. We were steps from the ocean, the protected bay, Belmont Park, restaurants, great kids playgrounds. We pretty much didn’t need the rental car we had. The patio was the perfect place for lunch. The two twin beds were perfect for our kids. We can’t wait to come back one day!
