The property was conveniently located, friendly staff, parking garage is a little tight for a large vehicle and costs $35 per night. Also early check in has a charge of $35 which is ridiculous since we were only 2 hours early and the room is vacant anyway. Breakfast is really good though with lots of options and to go containers as well.

We arrived at the hotel off our cruise ship very early and asked to lock up our luggage until check in time which was easily managed. Then spend hours at the zoo and came back to our luggage and our room. The free breakfast is what you would expect, but also convenient and had lots of options

Very old, broken and noisy. Built in 1955, last renovation in 2016. However the edge of the wallpaper in my bathroom is already coming off and the shower head ring was not on the wall, it just sitting on the "neck". Also the bed is making squeezing noise. But these are just minor issues. Main issue is the continuously lound noise from the ice maker and the soda vending machine in the hallway. Also, it is noisy in the morning due to house keeping and people leaving/entering the room because the door is very heavy, if you don't hold on the it and let it close slowly, it slamed and make noise. Also, I booked a standard room and requested one king size bed but when we get there, the saff said we didn't specific the room type and gave me a room with 2 queen beds.

Overall, our stay was good! The rooms were clean, the Continental breakfast was full of great and healthy options. Our only negative was the parking garage. Not only did the parking fee per night catch us off guard, but the garage itself is VERY difficult to get through. If you have a long vehicle or anything taller than a small SUV good luck getting through the garage ding or scrape free. Every elevator ride up to our floor was met with several other guests who felt the same way.
