Nautical Point Loma Getaway - 7 mins to airport!

Summary:
Welcome to this seaside escape! You are in the heart of Point Loma where you will find the BEST fresh seafood at the Fisherman's Landing, delicious cafes and eateries, adorable mom and pop shops, gorgeous golden sunsets at Sunset Cliffs, and so much more!! It is in a very central location (about 5-10 mins to the airport!) to all of San Diego as well. This upstairs apartment has a modern, fun, beach-themed style to make you feel right at home during your stay in San Diego!

The Space:
Designed specifically to Point Loma and San Diego themes into the home with a modern boho twist to it. You are sure to feel right at home on the L shaped couch, comfy queen sized beds, or in the fully stocked kitchen!
We recently added one AC unit in each bedroom as well.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire 2 bedroom unit.

The Neighborhood:
Point Loma is a beautiful rugged peninsula on the coast of San Diego. It is known for Cabrillo National Monument - a national park with trails, tide pools and exhibits on California history. Sunset Cliffs Natural Park is also a popular spot to watch the sun go down. Liberty Station, a former Naval Training Center, now has buzzy restaurants, shops, and lots of events. Delicious and fresh seafood eateries are all over the nearby Shelter and Harbor islands. If you're into live music - Humphreys Concerts by the Bay is a great place to check out. Be sure to check their events schedule! ** Locals Tip - you can rent kayaks / boats and watch these concerts for free from the water ;)

Getting Around:
Point Loma is a very walkable area to get to the cafes, shops, and eateries that are nearby. Uber / Lyft is readily available to get anywhere outside of the Point Loma bubble (San Diego has so much to offer!). There is one assigned parking spot if you bring your own car but please note it's a tight turn to get into it if your car is anything larger than a mid-sized car (like a Rav 4).

Other Things to Note:
Pets are welcome with prior approval and additional $125 pet fee.
**No pets without prior written approval. If you're bringing a pet, you must follow airbnb's pet rules: dispose of all pet waste properly, never leave pet unattended in the home, and keep dogs leashed when walking them outside of the home.

Laundry on site - quarters only. $2.00 to wash and $1.50 to dry.

Please don't put large pieces of food down the kitchen disposal.

San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
