Just updated 2019 with new upstairs flooring, newly painted inside and new window coverings. Cable, WiFi, Huge south side patio with beautiful unobstructed views of the beach!

Both the bay and beach host miles of nice boardwalk for walking, biking, and rollerblading. There are many wonderful restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner and numerous boutique shops on the same street.

So many choices!! Watch sunsets and dolphins directly from the beach, your patio, balcony, or the privacy of your own condo!

The master bedroom is huge with a private balcony, large shower and walk in closet.

The 3rd Bedroom has kids toys, books and videos. We have boogie boards and sand toys for you to use. We have you and your children's needs covered.

2 Large patio table and chairs to watch the action on the boardwalk go by or BBQ and enjoy a drink. Walk, run, roller blade, skateboard, or bike ride on the boardwalk. Sit and relax in the San Diego sun. Visit nearby attractions - Sea World, the World Famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Legoland, Wild Animal Park, Water Park, Museums, Outlets, shopping, and so much more!

A fantastic stay
We loved our stay at Gull’s Nest. The weather wasn’t as warm as we had hoped but fortunately, the rental was fantastic enough on its own that we had still had a great time. The location can’t be beat. So much to do. But even doing nothing is enjoyable here!! We definitely hope to return next year!

Perfect weekend!
Five of us enjoyed this beautiful home for 4 days. The setting was perfect for everything we wanted to do there and out an about. The home was well stocked for all of our needs our grandson esp. enjoyed all the toys in the garage! I highly recommend this vacation home.

Gull's rest
This was a beautiful place to stay! It was right on the ocean with a wonderful view. The condo was clean and bright and had all of the household amenities . Mark and Tara stayed in contact throughout the way and the made it simple and easy to check in. I highly recommend it!

Great location!
House is perfect location with amazing views. Great accommodation for a beach day with chairs and coolers. We enjoyed the patio area that made for great people watching. Cleaners could have paid closer attention to a few areas such as the dishes, fans, and floors. House was a little outdated but the views made up for it.

2024 Fun
Such a fun way to kick off 2024. Visited San Diego with my family of 5 and my brother’s family of 4. We had two kids 12 and under and three teens 14-16. Plenty of things for all kids to do on the boardwalk, beach, amusement park, and nearby shops. We definitely want to visit again. Can’t beat this location!

Owner and the property was wonderful. Please pay close attention to the parking situation. If you have a large vehicle like mine, parking is at a premium even during the off season. We had to park as far away as several city blocks a few times.

Amazing location
Really enjoyed our long weekend at this property! More than enough beds for all of us and the location/views can't be beat. As other reviews have mentioned, the parking garage is very narrow so make sure to have friends help you back in. Place was clean and the only complaint (very minor) was we could've used more bathroom towels. Otherwise, fully stocked with tommy Bahama chairs and beach towels. Would definitely return. Thanks for an amazing trip!

Great Vacation Spot
This house is exactly as advertised. The location couldn’t be more perfect. The house was clean and well stocked with plenty of supplies. The views are phenomenal. Beware, the garage is very narrow. We were unable to get one of our vehicles in the garage but we were able to find other convenient parking nearby. You can easily hear noise from the upstairs unit but the owners give you resources to help manage that if it becomes excessive. Great stay. We loved it.

Super get a way
The cental location and right on the beach was perfect. You are off the main road so that you hear the waves and not traffic. The kitchen was well equiped and worked well along with the bbq. We eat most of our meals in. We ere surprised at the extensive beach equipment available. This place is really well outfitted. Mark was very attentive. Anytime we had a question he responded quickly. We highly recommend this place. We will be back. Thanks for a great week.

Excellent in every way
This beautiful beach house was the perfect setting to celebrate our daughter's graduation from SDSU. It was so nice to have the family all together in one spot. The location and outdoor patio is so nice. The house was equipped with so many nice touches, plenty of supplies and beach equipment. The most impressive part was the wonderful service from Mark & Tara. When I realized the iron wasn't working I messaged Mark that I really needed to iron the graduation gown, he was there in 30 minutes with a new iron. Very impressed. I hope we can visit again!
