2022 Remodeled Pacific Beach Oceanview Condo- See the Sea

Listen to the ocean while you relax in our beautiful ocean view condo in San Diego’s world famous Pacific Beach. 2 bedroom/2 bath sleeps 6. 2 ocean view porches to enjoy: one off the living room, one off the master bedroom.

Private secure building with one garage parking spot (6 ft 6 in height clearance)... but you won’t even need a car. Everything you could want is all walking distance, one block to CVS and Ralph’s, and dozens of local bars/restaurants in the area. There is a large community sun deck with a jacuzzi. Easy access to the condo with an elevator from the lobby attached to the parking garage.

Cable HD TV in living room and HD TVs with Chromecast in both bedrooms. Romantic double shower in the master bathroom. Full kitchen with everything you need to feel like you are at home. We even provide beach towels/beach chairs/body boards for your beach enjoyment. We also have a locked gated area in front of the condo for bikes.

Please keep in mind this is a quiet residential building with full time residents, it is not a party complex. There are strict rules regarding noise and any violations could result in fines levied against the tenant, up to and including eviction.

The condo is very nice with one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve ever seen in a rental. My only minor complaint is that it can be noisy at night, but that just comes with the area it’s in. The noise didn’t last all night, it was usually pretty quiet by midnight. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Our family of 4 stayed at this condo for 7 nights. We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was clean and comfortable. The decor is beachy yet tasteful. The place was fully stocked with anything you would need to feel at home, to prepare any meals or relax and veg in front of the TV. We loved the beach chairs and equipment they had in the condo and used it almost daily. We had a few technical issues but the host was quick to respond and address the issues and help resolve them quickly. We loved it here, felt very relaxed during our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location
Our home had everything we needed, was spotless, and provided a location smack dab in the middle of it all! The parking setup, entry, checkout, and security were perfect. The furnishings were comfortable and we were lulled to sleep by the ocean waves. A super fun weekend, for sure!

Nice Pacific Beach condo
We enjoyed our stay! The location is walkable to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Parking situation is great in a private parking garage. The kitchen was fully stocked with most spices, utensils and pota and pans you'd need. The views of crystal pier from the living room are beautiful. Everything is remodeled and clean. We hope to stay again soon.

Convenient Location
Condo is in a convenient location to the Pier, shopping and, of course, the beach. Plenty to do in Pacific Beach with La Jolla just a short distance away. The condo is clean and comfortable and well equipped for both a short or long stay.

Very nice
The unit is very nicely decorated which was good since I had very rainy weather. It was very cozy to snuggle up and read but also convenient to the beach when the rain stopped. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to cook. Restaurants and stores are conveniently close.

Nice Condo in great location
My family and I enjoyed a beautiful week at this condo. There was space for everyone and the location cannot be beat! The owners put thought into the amenities and offer beach toys, chairs and umbrellas to borrow. This is perfect for those who travel to San Diego by plane and can’t bring their own beach gear. Great condo right by the beach
Could hear the waves just outside the bedroom door - perfect location to walk or rollerblade or bike to PB restaurants, boardwalk, beach, so many options. Only downside was the back bedroom gets noise at night from the alley as PB has a vibrant nightlife!

This was an amazing trip and the condo we stayed in was even better! In the master and the spare had beach toys and boogie boards. The beds were comfortable, the place was spacious and the sand showers in the garage were very convenient. And that’s just the beginning of how amazing this place was. Perfect beach getaway
The main thing I look for when staying by the beach is proximity to the beach so I can hear the waves at night. This condo fit that perfectly. Close to so many restaurants and shopping too. The kitchen is fully stocked. The condo is very cozy and comfortable, especially the bed after a long day. They had many games to choose from as well. Justin gets right back to you and answers all your questions. I will definitely stay here again.

Convenient for access to beach, restaurants, freeways and downtown San Diego. Met some neighbors in the elevator - nice folks. Cleanliness of apartment was wonderful. Ideal Location for Stunning San Diego
The condo was a great home base for our 4-day trip, which has become an annual visit to beautiful San Diego. We love staying in Pacific Beach and this was our first time at this particular condo. The unit met all our needs. It offered a great location for everything we wanted to do...beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. The entire process from check in to check out went smoothly and the owner was timely and responsive with feedback. Great location!
We had a great trip staying at this home! It was right on the beach and had so many fun places to walk to (dining, bars, shopping). There’s a grocery store and CVS close by for anything you need. The condo was well stocked with everything you’d need. And having a dedicated parking spot is a huge bonus. There are only two things we identified as opportunities: the bathrooms are outdated and could use a facelift. And the shower towels/washcloths/shower mats felt a bit old and lost their luster. Other than that, it was a great little spot and would definitely recommend.

Location, location, location!
The owner, Justin, was very, VERY helpful with our check-in and accommodations. His communications with our group were prompt, courteous and beyond expectations. I would venture to say he was the best owner we've dealt with in our many VRBO vacation homes/condos across the US. The condo had everything we needed, a great view, and was clean and spacious. Most importantly (to us), the location is superb for easy access to groceries, bars, restaurants and especially the ocean! We didn't need a car as the area is very walkable and has much to offer. The boardwalk is right outside the building and Crystal Pier is across the boardwalk. Beautiful! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone coming to Pacific Beach!

Family 2 week vacation
Justin's beautiful beach house was as beautiful as the pictures shown in the VRBO listing. It was well stocked with everything needed for a 2 week stay, including great spices that we used when we ate at 'home'. The condo itself was fresh and clean and very welcoming. Being able to see and listen to the ocean was wonderful and relaxing. The walkability is great. We enjoyed walks on the boardwalk, walking to yummy restaurants, walking to Ralph's when we needed groceries, and just walking around enjoying the people and sites. Justin is a great host and was very easy to communicate with. He left us a gift of olive oil which we brought home and have used. Justin and Barret, thank you for sharing your beach home with us. Great location and host
This was our first rental experience and all was great! Justin provided helpful information along the way. The description and pictures are true to the experience. I picked this condo because it is right on Pacific Beach, but also offers some protection from the busy boardwalk and nightlife. 4 of us (parents and 2 adult children) were in town for a wedding at Tower23, and the proximity was perfect while also giving us a place to comfortably hang out. We enjoyed the relaxing sounds of the waves all day and night...what a treat to leave the slider open without worrying about privacy/security. Great coffee and breakfast next door at Kono's, nice walks or rides down to Mission Beach. Dolphin sightings from shore. Easy Uber to park/Zoo. Fun night life and rooftop bars for groups of friends looking for food and drink. The area and condo building are old and a bit run down, but Justin's condo is clean, updated and pleasant. It was equipped with everything we needed (see listing) and Justin was quick to reply to a couple questions I had when planning our trip. He also provided a nice welcome packet with helpful info and suggestions. Thanks for a great stay!
