"We stayed in this hotel for a second year. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent for commuting to our business event. "

"the first room we were given on the third floor had hair and a razor lid in the shower you could tell that it hadn't been cleaned there was a vodka bottle next to the beds. when I called they got me a different room on the first floor which was much better except that the toilet had a hard time flushing we had to flush it twice every time and then it eventually got clogged. the staff were all very nice and we enjoyed everything else about our stay. "

"The hotel needs an update. From our understanding that is happening in Jan 2025. The beds were not comfortable. Wasted space in the rooms. The elevator was too small and only 1. It was Great for being right on the main road and right in the middle of everything."

"This property is few steps away from Birch Run Premium Outlets, close to restaurants, gas stations, 10-12 minutes to Frankenmuth, close to highway 75 access, staff is friendly like Nick, the lady in The breakfast room is very friendly. Asked for some things like comb, shave, change to be used at vending machine, change of bed sheets, they are very quick and helpful. Highly recommended especially this place is also good for young children and family."

"I've stayed here several times and every time it's been great. Free popcorn at night, good breakfast bar. However, this time the tv selection was terrible. Not many channels at all and nothing good to watch on tv the entire 7 days I was there. I won't stay there again unless they get a better cable selection. "

"The stay was wonderful we took our dog and there was many dogs due to a dog show I love being able to take the dog with me."
