"We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The only downside is the fact that elevator is so slow and you have to wait more than 5mins before you can get into the elevator. "

"Beautiful hotel. Perfect location. Friendly and professional staff. The laundry prices were a bit exorbitant...5 dollars for socks, 12 for each shirt etc. A load of laundry would cost over 100$. There did not appear to be any laundromats nearby. Kind of gouging the tourists who run out of clean clothes. Other than that i loved everything about it."

"Absolutely amazing place to stay steps from the ByWard Market. Many different sizes of rooms to choose from. Breakfast is great. Staff are phenomenal. Parking is incredibly reasonable. "

"Loved the rooms at the back along the river. Main floor was easy to bring bags in and out of vehicle. Front desk checkin building is hard to park in but lots of room for vehicles where we actually stayed. Breakfast was hot and there was plenty. Breakfast staff were very attentive that everything was kept filled and dishes cleared if people left them."
