"Easy check in - although we were not informed that breakfast was included (we have been on a large trip and weren’t aware). Location is picturesque - although there is nothing else around the hotel restaurant - next town is 9 miles away. Room was clean and nice. Views great. Food was good. Thank you to the front desk/manager on our last morning who told us we were entitled to breakfast- even though it was nearly over she organized what we were after with no issues. Over all good stay"

"The property was spacious, clean and well presented. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dogs and the hard floors were easily kept clean from muddy paws. The location of the property allowed us to visit many places during our stay and the caretakers local knowledge allowed us to find a beach close by for the dogs to play in the water. "I loved the boathouse...it was a beautifully rural location...it is next to a working boat yard...but it wasnt noisy..water has such a calming effect..the stay relaxed us so much...its a perfect stay if you want to switch off from the world for a little bit...i would definitely go back again..
