"Our accommodations were fine and met our needs for the two couples. The washer/dryer in the unit was bit small but does accommodate tiny loads. We were there for two weeks and there is a laundry room on site and this was the option we used and that was fine with us.I think the pools could use a little attention by the management or grounds keepers. Near the end of our stay I thought they looked a little green. I’m guessing a lack of chlorine or maintenance. I did mention it to one of the workers...

"Overall this is a great place. It's conveniently located 5 minutes from a grocery. It's less than 20 minutes from the Atlantis and other public beaches. The condo itself is laid out nicely and comes with lots of extras plenty of cookware and cooking accessories. The beach is nice, but it's a long walk. You can drive there. There is plenty of parking near the beach. The pool is very close. Overall we would return if ever in Nassau again. "

"Tatiana was a wonderful host. She was very responsive and helpful with everything. The condo itself is a quiet complex. We enjoyed our time by the pool.Of note, the beach is very small and is rocky as you enter the ocean. The pool is wonderful and a spectacular view, unobstructed view."

"I booked this stay a few months in advance for my 50th birthday and Christmas vacation. The property owner did not respond, nor was there a place to check into the property. I called VRBO, but they were not able to get ahold of the property owner. I had to cancel my trip outside the US on Dec 22nd before my birthday and Christmas. What a nightmare! Of course, everything else was booked on the VRBO site, and we ended up spending 3x as much at a hotel that had space for our family. I recommend...

"Amazing location. Short walk to Atlantis, even short to an amazing beach. The area is quiet, friendly and feels very safe. Property included everything needed for a short stay and was an excellent retreat at the end of each day. Highly recommended. "

"We loved the condo's location! You could easily walk to 3-4 really good restaurants. There is even an ice cream shop across the streets. The view is simply amazing! You can access the beach in walking distance we choose to drive to Love Beach which is about 1 mile from the condo. Property manager was amazing! Have us lots of great tips and responded promptly to any questions. Would visit again! "

"We had a wonderful stay in this lovely, beautifully decorated condo. Elvira, the delightful host, extended such warm hospitality to us. She was so responsive to our every question. She truly went above and beyond, making us feel at home. This immaculate condo is equipped with bath and beach towels, pool toys, beach chairs and and umbrella, pickleball and tennis equipment, board games and more! There is a pool right outside the door! We had the best time snorkeling, fishing and visiting Rose...

"This property is centrally located in Paradise Island a few black away from beautiful Cabbage Beach. the staff are friendly, hospitable and professional. The rooms however are extremely dated and in need of renovation. The kitchen was in poor condition and ill equipped lacking utensils and dishes. The grounds are well maintained as are the pools. If you are looking for a value property for a few days this is a good choice."
