I would have paid, albeit reluctantly, for better service, but that wasn't an option. While playing Craps after 1 AM on a Saturday night, there were no people around to take and serve drinks. "

"While your staff was incredibly nice, the service was not what may be expected from a hotel of this caliber. We had countless issues with in-room dining and house keeping services. Your staff wasn’t rude but the service was not exactly good either. We often had cold meals, long waiting times, missing items, days without house keeping services etc all while we kept calling the guest experiences line… I’ve stayed in rosewoods and four seasons all over the world and had expected better from...
