"The rooms and service areas are spotless the staff are extremely professional and friendly and is a great experience the travel links with the dlr, Elizabeth line are excellent the only thing I would say is the bar menus are sparse and a little expensive for what they are but overall a great stay"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room (a suite) was huge and comfortable. We booked the suite to get the larger bed, but not expecting the room to be as large as it was. A pleasant surprise! The included breakfast was delicious and a great way to start each morning before sightseeing. The location was nice too, right across from the observatory and prime meridian. A tube station was a few minute walk away, and easy to access. We had a car rental, which easily fit in their front parking lot. It was easy to exit the city too, since we were already away from the busiest part of London. Each person we spoke with at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!"
