"Good day, I advise the host I arrived at the hotels, and the area was unsafe, and my car could not be parked safe. I had to find a last-minute accommodation after 5pm on a Wednesday evening during driving through peek Cpt traffic. All had to happen before my function started at 6pm. Not that I expected a refund but would've appreciated some kind an olive branch from the host just as a suggestion. As it was quite a stressful experience finding alternative accommodation."

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed (coffee machine, plates, silverware, glasses, washing machine, etc.) The area was very safe and we felt comfortable walking around at night. The property grounds were beautiful and the canal was lovely. The staff was fantastic and answered all of our questions. I would absolutely stay here again!
