"The staff were very accommodating. I had an early morning where my kiddo and I had to be next door at a dance competition at 7:30. Even though room service technically didn’t open until 7am, they helped me out and had breakfast to us just before 7. Very good service and excellent food. Dinner the night before at the restaurant was also excellent. "

"I would give it 5 stars except for A) One elevator was out of order and the other was very slow and B) because it's right by the QEW, there is a lot of traffic noise. Aside from that, it's a great hotel. Bright and clean and modern. The rainfall shower was awesome, bed was comfortable, room was nicely furnished and seemed very clean. There is both a breakfast restaurant and a dinner restaurant attached to the hotel which is convenient, and you can walk to Walmart and a dollar store as well as a few other assorted shops if you need to. I've stayed here in the past with my children as well and we had a two queen bed room with a pullout couch and it was great, too. They loved the pool and hot tub as well on that visit. "
