"Excellent service, and fantastic room, but could not order an alcoholic beverage before 4 pm in the hotel, and the rooms do not offer On-Demand movies, so bring a Roku or Fire Stick if you or your kids want to plug into their TV bc they are not smart TVs. Also, we were told we may be able to check in early, but if you leave the lobby, you will miss out as its first come first serve. My friend and I flew in at 9 am and opted to try for early check-in and kept being told to check back in an hour....

"The stay itself was fine. But first the system double booked us and we had to get that straightened out. Then, your elevators are terrible for people with balance issues. Which is usually fine but your stairs are not easy to navigate. Then the transparency of all the charges was not clear. The room was great but I thought we would have a view from the description on the website. The bed and room was great. We drive up to Portman and stay a lot, but I would debate whether I would stay again. "
