"Spent the weekend with a small group of friends. The tranquil lake front retreat was perfect for our stay. The kitchen space was large and offered plenty of utensils and cooking amenities. The back porch was perfect for sitting and enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. We also took advantage of the fishing dock where we caught plenty of catfish and other species, I would definitely recommend this property to small groups or families with kids. "

"Our family of 13 stayed at this property for Thanksgiving. There was SO much room for college kids/teens to stake their claim. The arcade/game room was a huge hit….we hardly saw the grandkids, except at mealtime! Each room has its own theme, so special!! To be right on the lakeside was so beautiful!! "This house and property were perfect for our group! 12 people and 2 dogs had a fantastic weekend on the lake!The master bedroom downstairs is HUGE so we had plenty of room for stuff for our 6 month old. There is a bunk bed in the closet of the master bedroom that we didn't end up using for our group but would be great if we had older kids. Theres are two other decent sized beds down stairs and a bunch upstairs. The couch beds dont fold up they are open couch beds which was fine for us andmade...

"Overall stay was good on monday and tuesday . Sunday was not good because there was no water at the property. The water was cut off to the property. The host contacted a plumber abd water was back on by 10am on monday "

"Upon Friday arrival, entered gate and the brick walk to the front door was covered in sand and dirt. To the left of the front door on the porch sat a styrofoam cooler, lid to the side and a bag of garbage in it. Inside the house seemed reasonably clean but by the time we visited each room we had killed two scorpions. Out back by the lakeside the nice grass that is portrayed in the listing appears to have not been mowed this year and had sticker burrs growing closer to the house. On the back...

"I thought I would not be able to locate a home in this area to attend nearby functions. Thanks to Katie Foley’s accommodations we were able to comfortably accommodate 8 and one pup. There are blow up beds (did not need) and a pullout couch. At first glance I was worried due to the small cozy feeling of the home. The yard is great and fireflies were flying. The neighbors are extremely quiet. Dogs are not leashed in the neighborhood but were no problems in our walks to the lakeside nearby. The...

"We really enjoyed our 4th July getaway at the Cooper Top tiny house. We enjoyed easy lake access and open water at Richland chambers lake. Perfect place to getaway from the big city and spend time with the family. Fishing was great and we will definitely be back."
