"We had a wonderful stay at The Whitehall a week and a half ago. The property is beautiful and in a great location. The real star of the property, though, is the wonderful staff. In particular, Arteshia was incredibly kind and professional as we arrived at 3am after several flight delays and car rental problems. Arteshia took fantastic care of us, welcoming us to the property and swiftly checking us in. She was absolutely wonderful. Additionally, Shirley at the front desk was equally wonderful. Shirley was professional, attentive, and very kind. Both of these wonderful staff members are an asset to this great property, and we will be returning to this hotel based on their incredible service. Thank you, Shirley and Arteshia! "
