"Started out not good. We booked two queen beds and the gave us a king. It was 4 of us running in the Houston Hot Chocolate Race the next morning. The young man at the desk said he couldn’t do anything. Finally this woman I guess over heard us and she stepped in. She said it was our mistake and please give me some time. I waited patiently and she got it resolved! What a blessing that was! I wish I would have got her name. I went down the next morning and asked but no one knew who I was talking about. Definitely stay again!"

"We had an early morning flight and it had been snowing so we decided to spend the night at the airport. Good location and they served breakfast. My friend left her Apple Watch in the room and the hotel called to let us know they have it. Good hotel and location. I will stay there again."
